The skin “throws off” dead skin on the upper layer every four hours. It is the dead skin lying on the surface of the skin, combined with oils & other body wastes & atmospheric pollution, that makes our faces dirty.

Cleansing your face more than once a day is first aid for lifelong beauty! Gel Cleansers are tough on oils - when it’s hot, the skin undergoes changes. A complexion - temperature zone can become oily & sweaty - even dry skin gets sticky & slick. Gels are, be definition, oil free. Technically, they’re considered “suspension solutions” and have extra cleansing agents (e.g. surfactants) that help them sweep away excess oils.

Gels are gentle - even dry skins find them user-friendly. You expect gels to sweep away the days buildup of gook - and that includes foundation, blush or powder you may have applied. BUT, gels go one step further. Since they’re pH balanced they can be used around the eyes to remove eye makeup. Collagen & algae extracts provide significant cosmetic and aesthetic benefits to the skin.

Algae is from seaweed and pond scum. It is claimed to prevent wrinkles and to moisturise the skin.

Chlorine-treated water is very drying to the skin. Keep your skin moisturised with products that really penetrate the skin such as those containing substantial amounts of Aloe Vera.

Panthenol builds protein, responsible for cell regeneration & repair. When epidermal cells pile up, they become progressively dehydrated, resulting in rough, scaly surfaces.

Vitamin B enables the skin to rid itself of dead skin cells. Oat Extract - the extract from the seed of oats is very soothing and nourishing to the dermis. Lactic Acid is an AHA that occurs naturally in biofermented vegetables. It provides for a mild pH to alkaline products and is very moisturising.
