Information about UK Orders
We endeavour to pick, check and pack all orders as quickly as possible when received.  For orders received before 12noon, you can normally expect your order to be delivered the next business day.  Next Business Day refers to Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.


European Orders (EU) : Delivery Costs
Unless otherwise stated or requested, all orders to Europea are shipped via DHL our dedicated courier.

Delivery costs for Europe are based on weight and value of the item and will be calculated at check out you
with a range of delivery options to choose from.

Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries
Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to uk@beautypro.com and by telephoning 01273 878 111 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.
